PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS FOUNTAIN! THE MATERIAL IS SHODDY AND WILL FALL APART IN YOUR HANDS! July 1, 2008
You will be very disappointed as I was when the beat up carton and totally defective fountain arrived at my home a number of weeks ago. In addition, the manufacturer refused to issue me a refund and told me I had to take digital images and email the images to them. Ridiculous! I couldn't resend because of the condition of the carton, and I wasn't about to spend a dime on boxes, shipping fees, etc. In my frustration and disappointment, I put the broken pieces (many) back in the box and set it on the curb for trash pick-up.
I will NEVER do business again with this company. I'm shocked Amazon would allow such a shoddy merchant to sell their defective merchandise through them.
