Bad Pump, Worthless Warranty September 18, 2008
The pump broke down a few weeks after purchase. I went to their Website and filled out all the necessary information to exercise the 1-year warranty. I got an e-mail response that the pump would be replaced free-of-charge. Then I received a second e-mail stating that that they had no more pumps and that they would send one if they got more.
Still waiting............
