A Must Have Item! October 11, 2007 9 out of 10 found this review helpful
We use this at home and run it soo many times per day! The spray bottle is awesome and I use way less clorox wipes nowadays. Ozone works very well and a simple internet search of the topic will provide worlds of info. Cleans my stove better than any chemical cleaner has...just a few sprays and light scrubbing takes off lots. I cleaned out tea/coffee stains from my stainless mugs easy...just soaked and light scrubbing removed almost all the build up. Took out stains in my rug very nicely too! Great for deodorizing, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and all. I almost have too much fun thinking of all the things to Lotus waterize. Love being able to prepare salads/veggies/fruit and such without the worry of bag germies making us very sick. Since the water cleans so well... we have even started to gargle with it (although doesn't say we can do so in the instructions)and follow up with brushing teeth! Wow, our teeth got soo much whiter/stain free without the sensitivity of whitening strips. Didn't sting while gargling either, yay! Now our family/friends have a Lotus in their homes too! By the way, the customer service folks at the Lotus company were fantastic. Super knowledgeable since the customer service folks also use the Lotus themselves. And, I had received a faulty spray bottle but Lotus folks took care of it right away. Very happy with the Lotus and we surely feel this is a true wonder gadget!

Lotus Santizing System by Lotus and Tersano
I didn't believe the claims although my daughter assured me the Lotus System did work wonders. Well she gave me one and NOW I belive.
The most recent challenge for my Lotus system was at my office. Our hall carpet had a number of large dark spots and my boss had the janitorial service use the standard cleaning products to no avail. So I offered to bring my Lotus in and give it a try. Within 10 minutes I had removed some 15 large spots on the carpet with absolutely no "elbow grease" needed. Just spray and remove. My office friends are now all shopping for their Lotus System. They pronounced it "unbelievable". Unfortunately most folks don't believe it until they see it. But it is REAL.
And if you are a pet fancier, this is a MUST in your home. I have removed every remnant of pet stains in my home. You know how you use ever product on the market but there is still residue. Well, no more. The spots are GONE!
I have never been so enthusiastic about a household product. The uses are endless. No home should be without a Lotus Sanitizer. Pat B
Super safe, environmentally friendly, and amazingly easy to use! September 7, 2007 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
I looked everywhere for a product that would clean and better yet, sanitize my child's toys without harmful chemicals. I knew he would be putting everything in his mouth, and it bothered me to think about him ingesting things that might harm him. He has numerous soft toys like plush animals and cloth books and even cloth-covered electronic toys. You can't use something like bleach on these things. I spent hours on Google and in the stores looking for something that would clean and sanitize these things and came up short until I found the Lotus Sanitizing System.
This amazing contraption infuses normal tap water with oxygen in a way that makes it more effective and faster at killing germs than bleach, AND leaves no chemical residue or smell like bleach does. Not only that, but you can use the spray bottle to spray the treated water on anything that you want to clean and sanitize--don't try THAT with bleach! I just spray Lotus water on the toys (I usually give them a pretty good dousing) and then just let them air-dry, and they are clean and sanitized for my child to play with. The list of uses for this thing is practically endless. I use it in the kitchen, to sanitize the high chair, the kitchen table, the countertops, the doorknobs--everything. I use it in the bathroom also, to sanitize everything in there. I often use it on my carpets and on my upholstery to clean and sanitize them as well. I spray them down really well before going to bed, and they are dry well before morning. Because Lotus water is a powerful germ killer, you can even replace many of your chemical cleaners with it. I haven't found that it makes mold or mildew stains disappear, but it does kill the bacteria and germs there.
The system comes with a bowl attachment that you can put items in that you want to sanitize. I use this for fruits and veggies, and also for small toys and pacifiers that are safe to immerse in water. For the first time, I feel like I am getting my produce cleaner and with less pesticide residue.
I researched this product for several weeks before buying, and called the company and asked lots of questions first as well. It is a little pricey for some, but if you think about what you are getting, it is well worth the cost. I have been extremely satisfied with this system in every way, and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a way to more safely and effectively clean and sanitize their home.
Second WONDER of the modern world August 22, 2007 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
lotus Sanitizing System
This is one of the seven wonders of our modern world.
I am using this device for cleaning almost everything around the home and office. There is no need to use cleaning chemicals (which are costly, messy and space consuming). This device prepares ordinary tap water to act as a cleaning and disinfecting agent.
The system temporarily creates water that is super-saturated with ozone (three oxygen atoms combined in one molecule). It takes some scientific background to understand, but, it is simple to use.
Here is how it works:
You fill the spray bottle with ordinary tap water. You place it on the unit and push it down onto the base of the unit. You tell the unit that it is a bottle (instead of the bowl) and turn it on. A minute or two later, the unit notifies you with an LED display that the water is ready. You can then spray the water in a fine mist on ANYTHING. It is non-toxic and non-caustic (except to germs and poisons) which can be "reduced" (Chemistry term) by the extra oxygen atom in the water.
After playing with the Labrador Retriever in a nearby river, her coat often smells from the bacteria in the river multiplying on her fur and skin. She was itching terribly. After she gets out of the water, I prepare a spray bottle of the "Lotus" water and cover her in a fine mist. There is no smell from her coat anymore after playing in the river. She has stopped itching. The super-saturated ozone water is completely safe for large living organisms like dogs and humans.
I sprayed Lotus water on the Labrador's bedding. Just a fine mist of three or four sprays. No more dog smell.
I like to keep fresh herbs and veggies at home. On getting home from the Natural Food store, I prepare a bowl of the Lotus water and immerse the herbs and vegetables in it for two minutes (the unit tells you when all of the microrganisms have succumbed to the ozone in the water). I immediately place them in a plastic bag. They keep almost indefinitely in the vegetable crisper because when I place them in the refrigerator there are no micro-organisms on them to cause browning or decay.
This process also works well with bananas. It keeps bananas from browning almost twice as long as refrigeration alone.
I have used the cleaning cloths and the Lotus water to clean the stove. It was a breeze. The Lotus water cuts through grease as if it had soap in it. It took less than a minute to wipe down the entire stove top after frying in several pans.
The Lotus water makes a fair to good deodorizer under the arms. Bacteria is what causes us to offend others when hygiene deficient. The Lotus water dispatches underarm bacteria for about six to eight hours. (Gross! I know, but, think about it in the context of global warming and the destructive potential of spray deodarants).
This is a device for thinking Americans. It is a device that has uses in the home every minute. It is a device that enhances the lifestyle of every person conerned about their personal environment.
If the device only talked to me in a seductive feminine voice . . . .
